WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — West Palm Beach city commissioner Paula Ryan officially filed paperwork Friday afternoon at City Hall. Her campaign says the growing homeless population, drug-related crimes, neighborhood infrastructure, business and jobs top her list of priorities. Ryan has represented District 3 since 2015. Incumbent Mayor Jeri Muoio has served since 2011. But due to term limits, she cannot throw her hat in ring for this year’s race. Residents are encouraged to register early for the upcoming General Municipal Election held on March 12.
